My tire was almost flat at7am this morning! Was so scared driving to work..stopped in and a nice young man got my tires aired up and told me about a problem with one...suggested I get it checked as soon as possible due to cold temps.....stopped on my way home for tire repair and top off antifreeze ...again was met with utmost courtesy!!! The young men that work there are so professional and so kind!!!!Nice waiting room and they patched the nail hole in my tire and said antifreeze just a bit low..and charged me 00000...... WOW!!!! I am so impressed that I almost cried!!! You better believe I am thankful to give them a 5 star review and will be making them my FIRST CHOICE for all my auto repairs!!!!

The folks at the Oak Ridge Hwy First Choice Auto Repair are great and trustworthy. I took my car in and ask them to check a low tire and to charge the oil and air filter. When they call me in to let me know my car was ready they told me my oil and air filter were still good and didn’t need to be changed yet and that they repaired the leak in my tire and checked the other 3 and they told me there was no charge.

I had a problem with a 2008 Hyundai which recently turned 102 thousand miles and failed to supply warm air as we approached normal November temperatures. I thought it might be a problem with a thermostat. Unfortunately that apparently was not my problem. I was told that if the winter servicing did not correct the problem we might suspect the problem was with an Actuator. I returned the vehicle and they tested for and confirmed that this was the case. A part was ordered and I brought the car back several days later for the fix. I now am equipped to contend with warm interior temperatures as we look forward to winter 2018-2019.

Great service! Very explanatory of why the work needed to be done to my vehicle. The guys worked together to get me out the door on time for a meeting in Nashville. Would recommend to anyone!
