Dropped my wife's Toyota Highlander off shortly before closing Tuesday, Oct. 23, with expectation oil change would be completed and vehicle ready for pickup sometime Wednesday. John called me at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday to relay the Highlander was ready for pickup. Because my wife telecommuted the first couple hours of work Wednesday, we were able to retrieve her vehicle before 10 a.m. and she drove it to her office. The early completion time spared us the hectic rush in the afternoon of getting the vehicle during peak drive times. Nice to have your service guys/women work with your schedule in mind, as opposed to the other way around. Thank you for the quick, yet efficient, service.
